Movement is one of the best medicines. While you may not yet get a prescription for a “march into nature” from a doctor, with Anna-Liisa’s “prescription” you will – and you’ll return home full of energy and positivity.
Our mission is to highlight the joy and delight of movement, and especially to offer outdoor exercise experiences that will stay with you for a long time.
